We are glad to invite you to submit your papers for the First International Scientific Conference The Role of Higher Education in Society Advancement 2021, to be held September 24-26 2021. The papers and presentations should be prepared in English, as official language of the conference.
The International Scientific Conference The Role of Higher Education in Society Advancement is for the first time organized by University “St Kliment Ohridski” – Bitola in cooperation with Hanns Seidel Foundation and its goal is to gather together academic staff, researchers and PhD students to share ideas, to exchange experience and to develop notions for the position of higher education in the context of the new tendencies in society. Higher education has always been a significant segment of society and the society has always turned to the Academia for best possible solutions to the emerging issues, so the Conference is to tackle a range of important issues in several general topics, like Research-based education, Higher education for a knowledge based society, Post-COVID transformation of HE scientific and social paradigm, Quality assurance in higher education and Linking academia and industry for development of technology and innovations, and the specific topics related to the fields of Natural Sciences, Engineering and Technology, Medical and Health, Biotechnical and Social Sciences and Humanities.
